existing customers and ensure smooth transactions, there are certain terms that
must be understood before we work together to nurture a mutually beneficial

Our Star Customer Program
is an innovative system that helps us make exceptions for our "star" customers.
These customers make payments on time, purchase often, don't hesitate to spend a
moment to talk about the weather, and have worked with us for a duration of time.
Customers granted with "Star" status are treated with the same respect and
quality of service as our usual customers, but are more prone to get access to
limited promotions as well as aid (such as keeping the warehouse open a few hours
longer after hours to get a much needed order done). Ask us about how you can

General Terms

Orders must meet or exceed the minimum quantity to receive wholesaler prices.
(Minimum varies, please contact us for specific product)
- If orders do not meet minimum quantity, retail prices are
enacted.
- Prices are always F.O.B (Freight On Board) our plant unless
otherwise stated in writing.
- GST (Goods & Services Tax) is extra for Canadian
customers.
- PST (Provincial Service Tax) is extra for Ontario customers
unless your PST exempt status has been verified by us.

Stock is subject to change, due to the high demand of our products, we cannot
guarantee that we will have all products in stock.
- Orders and stock will be confirmed upon receivable of
purchase order. Otherwise, do not assume we have received your
request.
- Prior notification must be received for custom orders to
be in stock (as per contract).
- Restocking is subject to a turnaround period.

Payment Options:
- New customers are required to pay C.O.D (Cash On
Delivery)
- Customers who have been granted approval after a credit
check must pay within 30 days of receiving products. (Please note:
undergoing a credit check does not automatically grant you approval for
this payment method)
- Allmac Packaging is not responsible for what happens to
products once they leave our warehouse. (ie. Damage on transit)

All products are backed with our Guarantee of Quality. This covers
defective matters caused on the behalf of our production process. It does not
include damages caused by transport, mis-use, or natural causes (ie.
weather). Each case is dealt with separately and compensations vary.
- We will make every effort to accommodate our customers in
their times of need, and offer compensation where deemed necessary.
- Our prices do not include shipping unless otherwise stated in
writing.
- Pickups must be arranged prior to coming, and only after we
have notified you that your order is ready.
Working with us means that the above terms are
understood and agreed upon. These terms are not meant to complicate, but to
clarify some points to make dealing with us easier.

detail the better- and we'll get back to you in as soon as possible to make your
dream a reality.
Here's what we need:
- Type of Material
- Size(Dimensions)
- Gauge(Thickness in Mil or Microns)
- Quantity
- Printing Coverage (Area of Printing/Colours/etc)
- Availability of Printing Plate
- Style
- A Sample if you have one
- And any other special instructions we'll need
